Manaiakalani Film Festival - The Tinkling Medals

Students of Room 5 love to read and write. For our Narrative Writing we wrote a story and acted it out. We changed the fairytale and made it our own story. The story is about a girl who was a show off. With every medal she received, she became more and more head strong and continued showing off.

Let's see what happened to her.

    Hay room 5. I love you're movie. My favourite part was the Excellent wolf costume. When it was on the extreme screen I got a scared.

      How are you? Yes Our Wolf was very scary - Our teacher hired the Wolf Costume from one of the costume shops......Desiree Costume Hire in Auckland. They got really neat costumes. Keep in touch.

      Thanks hugely for liking our movie. Really neat to hear from you on our blog. Yes our story line was a good one with a message not to show off/ boast.

      As for the costume our teacher hired it from one of the costume shops - the red eyed wolf was a Big Bad Wolf..... Anyway it's a huge challenge making a movie which is 3 minutes or less. What do you think?

      Also we will continue working hard in making awesome movies.

      Thanks for commenting and liking our movie. Yes the Wolf was really hungry and he was able to hear the Tinkling Medals that's why he ended up eating the girl.

      Our teacher hired the costume from one of the Costume Hire shop.

      Yes, at first it was difficult to do the movie but we were proud of what we achieved. The moral lesson of the movie was just perfect.
