Print Making

We were very busy and messy as well while Print Making.

1. We made a template using a cardboard.
2. Using different colours of oil paints and rollers, rolled on the template.
3. With a plain white paper covered the rolled oil painted template.
4. Then used a clean roller again rolled on top of the plain paper.
5. Slowly pulled the plain paper which covered the template.
6. Finally we got the print done on the plain paper from the template.
7. Left it out in the sun to dry.

Happy Bunch!

We are the happy bunch of kids from Room 5.

We made a Thank You card for the Rotary Club of Pakuranga for providing us free books every term.

Football Training today - Stuck in the Mud game

For Football today our warm-up activity was Stuck in the Mud. Please sit back and watch us play.

Odd and Even Numbers

Today we learnt some odd and even numbers. 

We as a class played a game called Popcorn. This activity helps children to learn odd and even numbers easily. If the teachers says an odd number, the children have to crouch down on the ground. If the teacher says an even number the children jump up and say "Popcorn!" 

 Doesn't it sound cool!
