On the 13th of March, Room's 1, 2, 4, 5 and 8 children went to the Auckland Zoo. We went in 2 busses with parent helpers, teachers and our school Assistant Principal Ms Adcock. When we got there we met with Laura who took us to the bush area where we saw lots of different kinds of animals and birds. It was really very peaceful and beautiful. After that teachers took us around the Zoo. We also met Buddy, a parrot who was more than 24 years old. He was very colourful and cute. We also saw monkeys, tigers, turtles, giraffes and many more animals. We all had so much fun but at the end of the day we were all very tired.
